Summit School is fully accredited through the Advanced/North Central Association of Colleges and Schools and is approved by the Illinois State Board of Education. We are members of the Council for Exceptional Children.

Summit School is approved by the State of Illinois as a 14-7.02 private special education school, is affiliated with the International Dyslexia Association and is a member of the Learning Disabilities Association.

In addition, Summit Early Learning Center is licensed by the Illinois Department of Children and Family Services and has submitted to an accreditation process with the National Early Childhood Program Accreditation Commission (NECPAC) of the National Child Care Association (NCCA).
